Bachelor Cooking 101

By Aria Giovanni

I thought you might enjoy viewing my new collaborative works with Hollywoodtuna.com. I have talked with quite a few different companies about having my own cooking show but I have not had much luck in the end solidifying a deal. Although “Bachelor Cooking 101″ is definitely a more tongue-in-cheek approach to a cooking show, I am definitely having fun producing weekly basic meal options for bachelors. Hope you enjoy the humor and of course the meals :)

  2. Chris Says:

  3. Tom Says:

Hope you get to do more cooking.
Would be great to have an Aria cooking program.

Like you told us earlier, you like cooking, so you should have an great cooking menu.

Boiling eggs, was un fun starter.

  4. Jerry Attrick Says:

Instead of dumping out the water and then filling with cold water, next time pour cold water into the boiling water until it is cooled down. The shell will not stick to the egg as much when peeling. Try it!

    Does anyone read any Bukowski?

Hi Aria. I am sorry to hear about your inability to get a cooking show started. I know you are passionate about wine and cooking/food, so it would seem to be a great fit.

Is it because you are a famous nude model? Or maybe even your looks in general that could cause a type of reverse discrimination?

You have given me very good advise regarding wine in the past, so I know you know your stuff.

Giada is a great example of someone to pattern after, imo. She is sexy and does flaunt it, but is a very good cook. Her show on Food Network where she goes to different places and tries the local fare is a pretty good, and would be absolutely perfect for you.

The difference is that she actually went to cullinary school and worked under some great chefs.

You have enough cash, why not go to school and hone your craft?

By the way, the “boiling egg” video was funny. You do have a good natured flair for the “b movie” type sexy videos.

    mmmmmm a simple recipe!

Donned a pair of fake comedy breasts, put some eggs in a pan and boiled away. Your instructions worked a treat. I will move to def con 2 and try it without a 38DD chest next time, and see if I can avoid disaster.

  8. James Says:

Good luck on getting the cooking show…sure it will be great, also I was wondering how to get a message to you about a feature on my website..can’t seem to locate a good business e-mail address for you..I am a webmaster signed up to your webmaster program :)

Hope the coming holidays are all good for you.

Aria, I love the way you take care of your eggs!

And I STILL appreciate your willingness to participate in these kinds of “tongue in cheek” excursions, like this and the nail gun skit.

You should become a vegetarian cooking show host. I think that’s a niche that hasn’t yet been tapped. And if you’ve seen Oprah lately she has all kinds of pro-vegetarian guests and topics. I really think it’s becoming the new “in” thing, so if you could tap that cooking show vein before anyone else, you’d hit it big.

Jerry Attrick: it’s nice to see you around here. I remember you from the message boards. You were always a fun loving, jovial guy. And no, I don’t read Bukowski.

i am so surprised I now know how to cook

  12. David R. Says:

    Hi Miss Giovanni,
Did you approach the Food Network about this show idea? They tend to take this stuff pretty seriously and I doubt they’d have a tongue in cheek attitude for it. I doubt they’d want anyone upstaging their resident babe Giada.

I’m really loving what you’re doing with this. The Grilled cheese one was great. :) Hope to see more of these.

  16. David R. Says:

    Hi Miss Giovanni!
Here’s a thought for who to present your cooking show idea to: Ryan Seacrest. He’s producing all kinds of shows on the E! channel and yours would be a perfect counter to the others he’s currently doing. I know E! doesn’t have their own cooking show.
    Take care. Ciao!
    Your friend… David R.

  17. Leonard Says:

    Aria,

You haven’t made a Christmas related post, but here’s wishing you a Merry Christmas!! :)

next week should be baking a potato

i’d hate to say it but if you go to fx and see if they have a nightly spot on a off day you might be able to fill it in, you would diffently have to go mens channel and you already know sex sells

i like the slice of bread a slice of cheese topped with some bacon in the toaster oven or regular oven, thats a quick classic, quesadas are easier to make then to spell, i made rice balls for christmas they are really easy just alot of work unless you keep them plain, i used a simple recipe, a pound of rice, a pound of ricottia, a half pound of mozzarella some garlic powder and pepper and parsley, i would add some mozzarella when you heat them up and a simple sauce to top it so its parmagina which always tastes better, i also like grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella and sundried tomatos with a lil basalmic dressing as a marinade and to oil the pan with, i know it might sound weird but linguine with garlic and oil and some ranch dressing, out of this world, i also likemaking rosmary garlic potatoes, or bacon and potatoes cooking the potatoes in the bacon grease with a lil paprika garlic onions salt and pepper
